Have you been thinking about getting a color copier in Las Vegas and you also are thinking that a Black and White would do the trick…  So you asked around and found the more you asked, the more confused about which is better you got?  One rep said you don’t need it, the other copier rep in Las Vegas said you did.  So, how can you determine if you actually need a color copier in Las Vegas?  Should you just buy a Black and White copier in Las Vegas?

Here are a few things to think through before you make your copying purchase decision in Las Vegas.

• What would you want to print in color?  Is it E mails and maps?  If not, how are those going to be prevented from being printed in color?  Are you going to set all the defaults in Black and White or just not load drivers for everyone?
• Do you mind if people make a mistake and print in color that you are going to pay 6 to 8 times more?  Maybe that’s fine because your people are pretty meticulous…  Just decide if that’s OK or not.
• Are you OK with having a few more service calls for the increased versatility you gain by having a color device over a monochrome device?

If you answer those 3 simple questions, you will be well on the way to deciding if you need a color copier in Las Vegas or just a monochrome copier in Las Vegas.
